Making Money from Your Site

One of the best ways to make money from a site is through affiliates. An affiliate is a company that has something to sell and need as many sites that pertain to their product to advertise for them. You place their ad on your site and when people looking at your site click on the ad and buy something from the ad you earn a percentage of the sale. In some cases you may earn a set dollar amount for a lead to their site.
The amount you can make using affiliates can be enormous, but you need to be an established site and have your presence known on the web, having hundreds of visitors daily to your site. So remember if you are just starting out, be patient, provide quality content and make your site about something people are interested in.
