Make money filling out free surveys! You see the ads all over the place, but do you really make money? My answer, “Don’t expect to make much money filling out online surveys, they won’t make you rich or even provide a living for most”. Very few make enough money doing surveys to pay the bills. I’m not saying it’s not possible, I’m just saying it’s somewhat rare. But if you want to possibly make a little money or start early enough you may have enough earned to help with the holidays. So, depending on how much time you want to spend on surveys, may make the difference on what you make. I myself just do the surveys that are emailed to me, I seldom sign in on the survey site to complete surveys, so perhaps if I did I’d make more money.
Most surveys give you points that you can redeem for cash, products or gift cards. Some surveys pay you for filling them out, but only if you qualify. Which means you answer some questions and they will see if you fall into the group of people they are looking for. If you don’t then you earn nothing for your time, except perhaps some points and/or you’re put in the pool for their contests, which many of survey sites enter you in for filling out the surveys. Most of the surveys are pretty quick to fill out, although there are a few that seem to go on and on.
So if you want to share your honest opinion on products, services, magazines, TV shows and many other general things, doing surveys can be fun and who knows you may make some money and/or win a prize. Below are some survey sites to check out, with my comments on the ones I participate in. One more comment, you should not have to pay to fill out or participate in surveys, if you do, be cautious.
